Every reader should get the same page out of Loans London: through a screen reader, by keyboard alone, zoomed far in on a phone, or one handed in a mitt at a bus stop in January. Here is how the pages are built for that, and how to tell us when one falls short.
How the pages are built
Plain HTML carries everything: headings in a sensible order, true tables for tabular facts, alt text on each photograph, link text that names its destination, and no script standing between you and the words. Text stays text rather than an image of text, so it grows with your zoom and wraps on a narrow screen. Nothing pops up, nothing moves on its own, nothing autoplays, and no third party widget loads.
Colour, contrast and text size
Foreground and background colours meet the AA contrast ratio, and no meaning rides on colour alone. Headings, links and the apply button follow your browser's text settings, the layout survives 200% zoom, and a high contrast mode is respected rather than overridden.

Keyboard and assistive technology
The Tab key reaches every link and the apply button, each shows visible focus, and a skip link at the top of each page jumps past the menu straight to the article. Menu, page map and tables are standard HTML that screen readers already know. Alt text describes the photograph itself, a snowy street of tree lined houses or a phone at a kitchen table, rather than repeating the heading above it.
The Ontario standard
The AODA, Ontario's accessibility statute, is the standard these pages aim at, and its web requirements point to WCAG 2.0 level AA. No certification or full conformance is claimed; the pages get tested with a keyboard and a screen reader, and what the tests find gets fixed.

The application platform
The application itself runs on a separate platform, and if it fights your assistive technology, its support contact sits on the form and in your confirmation email. The how it works page walks each step in plain text, the read only bank connection included.
Report a barrier
A page that fails with your screen reader, keyboard, zoom level or contrast mode is a bug; email with the address and what happened. Accessibility mail is read ahead of everything else and answered within a few business days, with the fix shipped as soon as it tests clean. The contact page covers what else we can and cannot help with.
